CREATIVE MORNINGS BZN > TREASURE by Weigh Station

Weigh Station/Waag +3

Friday, July 21 is the seventh Bolzano meeting with the international “CreativeMornings” network: once a month at Weigh Station for breakfast, connecting with more than 200 cities in 67 countries around the world.
Take an hour for you before you start your work, we put coffee and content on it, don’t forget the cup! In July, the proposed theme is “TREASURE,” and we will discuss it over breakfast with Maria Francesca De Tullio, a researcher in Constitutional Law and activist in Italian and European commons movements, with special reference to creative use of law.

Given our hyper-competitive and precarious lives, commoning practices become a treasure, allowing a little but very concrete experiment of different relationships: sharing a material and immaterial resource in trust, openness, and solidarity. Tullio will delve into the experience of l’Asilo in Napoli (www.exasilofilangieri.it), where art, politics, and law ensure the continuation of a collective heterogeneous initiative, based on the encounter of needs and desires.
