We’ll be exploring the theme of SPICY with Mohammad Joynal Abedin, owner of Tandoori Home Food, at the next Creative Mornings meeting: hosted once a month at Weigh Station for breakfast, connecting with over 200 cities in 67 countries around the world.

Take an hour for yourself before starting work: we provide the coffee and content, so don’t forget your cup. This time, we’ll also have some special @tandoorihomefood chai latte!

Our Creative Mornings theme for this March is SPICY. When you’re cooking, spices add flavor, depth, and complexity to an otherwise plain culinary dish. Spicy foods interact with receptors in our mouth and can trigger sensations of heat and even pain. Can you handle it? Being open to trying new and bold tastes is a good lesson for bringing daring and originality into all of our creative endeavors. As they say, “variety is the spice of life.”

Mohammad Joynal Abedin, better known as Abedin, was born in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. He moved to Europe to study economics but then decided to follow his passion for cooking and became a chef. After various experiences in kitchens in London and Rome, in 2022 he opened his own restaurant in the centre of Bolzano, @tandoorihomefood, serving traditional Indian dishes, skilfully prepared in the Tandoori oven in the centre of the kitchen.
