CREATIVE MORNINGS BZN – CREATE by Weigh Station

This month, Weigh Station, as part of the Foto Forum Festival, presents a special CreativeMornings dedicated to photography at the WAAG Café Aquarium.

May’s theme, proposed by the main sponsor Adobe, is “Create”.

In keeping with this theme, the morning will feature photographers Beatrice Citterio, Anna Malench, and Samira Mosca, each with their own way of creating and interpreting the world through the lens.

“A photograph can restore dignity or take it away. It can open a perspective or close it. This responsibility does not end with the shot itself — it runs through every choice of editing, selection, and exhibition.” (Samira Mosca)

“What is an image, if the eye distorts form and creates its own meaning?” (Anna Malench)

“For me, photography is a political tool for telling reality. I began practicing it out of necessity. What about you?” (Beatrice Citterio)

Come challenge yourselves and question your way of seeing. Coffee, tea, and breakfast will be provided. As always, anyone who wishes is welcome to bring their own cup.
