The word of February is “Camino,” proposed by the Oviedo Chapter. Derived from Spanish, it means path, journey, or voyage.
At the next Bolzano edition of CreativeMornings, artist and WS Waller Enrico Vucemillo will guide us along a “Camino” — a journey of movement, thought, and becoming in art.
Starting from the Italian concept of cammino, Vucemillo explores walking as a form of knowledge. From mimesis and Hegel to contemporary art, he suggests that knowledge arises not only from thought, but also from movement. Through selected works from ancient, modern, and contemporary art, he shows how art evolves both visually and conceptually, becoming a guide for personal growth and transformation.
Accompanied by images and personal reflections, this introduction during our monthly breakfast invites us to see art as a process — as movement, knowledge, and an inner journey.
